Solving a Class of Self-adjoint Differential Equations of the Fourth Order

In many of applied sciences, various Self-adjoint differential equations are generated, where, methods for their solution is very complex. Usually, numerical methods used to solve them.

Leighton et al were investigated oscillation properties of solutions of self-adjoint differential equations of the fourth order, with specific conditions.

In this paper, we use a new method for the solving a class of Self-adjoint differential equations of the fourth order. We use a variable change in the equation, and then obtain an analytical solution for the equation with a specific condition. Because in this method, an analytical solution is obtained, therefore, it is not necessary to use numerical methods to solve the problem.
