Interculture on the Teaching and Administration of International Students

Cultural differences among international students refer to the students from countries and regions differ from others in the aspects of belief, value concept, behavioral code, manners and customs. Due to the existence of the cultural differences, it is important to take interculture into consideration and take active counter-measures for the resulting problems in the teaching and administration of international students. Except for the substantial problems, the adaptability of international students is gradually emerged from the water. From the perspective of interculture, the paper deeply discusses the teaching and administration of international students in China based on the case study of Jinan University. Furthermore, it highlights the characteristics between East and West, tries to understand the interaction among cultures and attempts to put forward feasible solutions to the cultural adaptability of international students. The education and administration on the international students under the atmosphere of intercultural communication, it is necessary to realize that the education and administration on the international students is a kind of intercultural education and administration, and a kind of service-oriented education and administration model.
